The Okinawa Soba is very good. The noodles have a nice taste by them self and when mixed with their soup recipe the whole dish has a awesome taste. I prefer the pork rib with my soba, but the back bacon is also good. Either one is will satisfy you.My one complaint with the Soba noodles is they are a little thin. The noodles could be a little thicker.
